Designing in a World That Can Think
When software becomes more intelligent, our approach to designing products needs to evolve with it.

For decades, interface design meant arranging buttons for people to press. Now software can anticipate, suggest, and act on its own. The canvas has changed.
From screens to conversations
Intelligent products are less about screens and more about moments: the right suggestion at the right time, an action taken quietly in the background, a clear way to undo it.
That shifts the designer’s job from layout to behavior. What should the product do when it is unsure? How does it explain itself? When should it simply stay out of the way?
Trust is the new usability
People will only rely on systems they understand. Good AI design makes reasoning visible, keeps control within reach, and earns trust one small interaction at a time.
